This was part of my grassroots efforts to share the educational process through using my experiences to help people understand the problems behind Genetically Modified Foods, also known as GMO’s. The plants have been modified to survive the consumption of poison and are a mixture of plant and bacteria genetics incorporated into the human food stream while there is strong evidence of poisoning, genetic defects and terminal diseases in humans and animals that consume them.
The European Union just published a formal stance acknowledging that it’s economically and environmentally necessary to plan development and sustainable use of resources as the only way to move forward. The are decreeing a governmental stance toward promotion and support in Policy making, research and development, and financing. For one of the planets primary 1st world economies to formally make such a decree by press release is exciting news for our planet. Hopefully the rest of the worlds bureaucracies will follow such bold measures!
Energy efficiency and conservation are not just idealistic concepts that we as citizens should ‘aspire to’. This is story about The Alaska Brewing Company shows that innovation is a sound business practice. According to the Physics.org story, Alaska Brewing will cut energy usage by 70%! If projected numbers are correct, the upgrades will have paid for themselves within 5 years.
